• Full-time Company Overview Growing Indiana based Hydro Excavation company looking to hire.

Summary Candidate will need to provide organization, planning, and leadership for group of employees in the gas, electrical and pipeline industries. Responsibilities 1. Provides leadership and direction for all team members. 2. Directs, implements, and maintains operational strategies and objectives. Develops operational plan to support company objectives. Monitors performance against plan and ensures that goals are met. 3. Maintains contact with customers and supports resources to ensure that Quality and Customer Service systems are meeting objectives and continuously improving. 4. Maintains appropriate level of staff support necessary to meet business goals and objectives. Monitors productivity of groups and individuals, recommends changes where desirable. Provides leadership and support to staff in order to assist employees' with skill development. Develops team-based organization focused on goals and objectives. 5. Performs other duties as necessary in support of business objectives. 6. Directs, promotes and reviews programs relating to safety, quality and productivity in the organization and recommends changes where desirable. Requirements 1. Five Years minimum experience within the hydro excavation industry including sales and quoting process. Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. 2. Five years diverse professional and managerial experience including, management leadership, and strategic decision making. 3. Demonstrated employee relationship and management skills to develop, lead, support, and motivate a cohesive team. 4. Demonstrated strong communication skills to work with internal and external contacts at all levels within the organization. Able to represent the company in a professional manner with customers and suppliers. 5. Must have proficient computer skills, plans, organizes, directs, implements, and maintains group strategies and objectives.
