Job Description

Regional Vice President of Operations (Assisted Living & Memory Care) A leading Assisted Living and Memory Care provider is expanding within the state and seeking a high-energy, sales-driven Regional Vice President of Operations to build and lead a new region with significant census growth opportunity. This role requires a hands-on, visible leader who brings urgency, enthusiasm, and the ability to inspire teams to deliver strong occupancy and operational results. This position is ideal for a leader who thrives in growth environments, can develop high-performing Executive Directors, and is passionate about driving census, financial performance, and customer satisfaction across multiple communities. Position Overview The Regional Vice President of Operations provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for a portfolio of communities, partnering closely with Executive Directors to achieve strong census growth, financial results, and operational excellence. This individual will play a key role in building culture, driving accountability, and leading expansion efforts in a developing region. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Culture Lead, coach, and develop Executive Directors to achieve performance goals Foster a sales-focused, high-accountability culture centered on residents and associates Model servant leadership, professionalism, and strong field presence Operations Management Provide consistent oversight of community operations, compliance, and performance Conduct regular site visits and maintain active engagement in communities Utilize data and analytics to drive performance improvement and decision-making Identify challenges early and implement proactive solutions Sales & Growth Partner with sales leadership to drive occupancy and revenue growth Support and participate in key sales initiatives within focus communities Build and sustain a results-driven sales culture across the region Financial Performance Ensure communities meet or exceed budget and census targets Analyze financial and operational data to identify opportunities and improve results People & Talent Development Mentor and develop leadership teams Support recruiting, retention, and engagement initiatives Promote a collaborative, team-oriented environment Quality & Compliance Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations Support clinical initiatives and quality outcomes Maintain strong community reputation and resident satisfaction Ideal Candidate Profile Proven multi-site leadership experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care Strong track record of driving occupancy and financial performance Passion for sales, operations, and people development Hands-on leader with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 5-10 years of progressive leadership experience in multi-site senior living leadership Experience with regulatory surveys and compliance processes Ability to travel regularly Why This Opportunity Ground-floor leadership role in a growing region Significant census upside and expansion opportunity Ability to shape culture, build teams, and drive measurable results Competitive compensation and performance incentives
