Position Purpose:

•Plans and directs all aspects of Louisiana Healthcare Connections operational policies, objectives, and initiatives. + Develop policies and procedures for operational processes in order to ensure optimization and compliance with established standards and regulations. + Represents the organization in its relationships with major customers, suppliers, competitors, commercial and investment bankers, government agencies, professional societies, and similar groups. + Develops a sound short-and long-range plan for the organization. + Ensures the adequacy and soundness of the organization's financial structure and reviews projections of working capital requirements. + Negotiates and otherwise arranges for any outside financing that may be indicated. •

Education/Experience:

•+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Public Administration or related field required. Master's Degree preferred. + 5+ years of experience in a top management position in the government or healthcare industry required. + Extensive experience in contracting, contract acquisition, operations management, and strategic planning and development. + Previous experience managing staff, including hiring, training, managing workload and performance.

Pay Range:

$270,000.00 - $580,000.00 per year Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
