Job Description

Job Summary A growing regional business in Shreveport, LA is seeking a Vice President of Operations to provide strategic leadership across financial operations, business performance, and organizational growth. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a senior financial or operational leader who is ready to make a measurable impact in a dynamic business services environment. The Vice President of Operations will work closely with executive leadership to strengthen financial processes, improve operational efficiency, and support long-term business objectives.   • Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis.
  • Develop and implement strategies that improve operational efficiency, profitability, and business growth.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and internal controls.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial priorities with organizational goals.
  • Provide executive leadership with strategic insights, reporting, and recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives that strengthen performance, accountability, and operational consistency. Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range: $70,000 to $90,000 per year.
