Job Description
- 6+ years of experience in management consulting, business operations, strategy, program management, corporate transformation, or a similar high-performance environment.
- Experience working directly with senior executives or leadership teams.
- Exceptional PowerPoint skills, including executive-level storytelling, slide design, and business presentation development.
- Strong Excel skills, including data analysis, modeling, trackers, dashboards, and reporting.
- Experience with Smartsheet or comparable project/program management tools.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined in follow-through.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and creating structure where none exists.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, challenge, and drive accountability among senior stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at a major consulting firm, such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte, Accenture, PwC, EY, KPMG, or a similar strategy/operations consulting environment.
- Prior Chief of Staff, business operations, strategy, transformation, or executive program management experience.
- Experience supporting a VP, SVP, GM, or equivalent senior leader.
- Familiarity with large-scale enterprise technology, cloud, infrastructure, operations, or complex delivery environments.
- Experience building executive-level dashboards, scorecards, business reviews, or operating mechanisms.

Improved visibility into major priorities, risks, and deliverables. Increased accountability across directors and cross-functional teams. Built high-quality executive reporting and presentation materials. Created reliable project tracking mechanisms using Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet. Hiring Range in USD from: $109,200 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
