Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Hospice Executive Director to lead our hospice organization with passion and strategic vision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all operational, clinical, and administrative functions, ensuring the delivery of exceptional end-of-life care that honors patient dignity and family wishes. Your leadership will foster a collaborative environment, uphold compliance with healthcare standards, and drive continuous quality improvement. Responsibilities Provide visionary leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality hospice services aligned with organizational goals and regulatory standards. Oversee daily operations, including clinical care, administrative functions, and financial management, to promote efficiency and sustainability. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations, including state standards for accreditation and quality assurance. Develop and implement strategic plans that expand service offerings, improve patient outcomes, and enhance community outreach efforts. Manage relationships with healthcare providers, referral sources, staff, patients, and families to foster trust and collaboration. Lead recruitment, training, supervision, and evaluation of staff to maintain a motivated and competent team committed to compassionate care. Monitor clinical quality metrics related to medical management and healthcare management practices to uphold excellence in patient care. Requirements Proven experience in healthcare management with a strong background in medical management within hospice or palliative care settings. Demonstrated leadership skills in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex operations effectively. Knowledge of regulatory requirements including accreditation standards for healthcare organizations. Strong understanding of healthcare management principles with an emphasis on quality assurance and compliance. Excellent communication skills to engage staff, patients, families, and community partners confidently. Pay:
$90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
