Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a Network Lead to manage end-to-end infrastructure operations, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability. The role requires strong experience in incident management, change control, governance, and stakeholder coordination within enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities Infrastructure Operations (BAU) Own and manage end-to-end infrastructure operations across assigned environments Ensure system availability, performance, and stability Enforce runbooks, SOPs, SLAs, and OLAs across support teams (L1/L2/L3) Monitor service dashboards and proactively mitigate risks Incident & Problem Management Act as the primary escalation point for critical (P1/P2) incidents Lead Major Incident Management (MIM) calls and coordination Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions Reduce recurring issues through effective problem management Change & Release Management Review and approve infrastructure changes, patches, and upgrades Ensure proper risk assessment, rollback planning, and compliance Coordinate releases with application teams and stakeholders Validate post-change stability and provide sign-off Vendor & Stakeholder Management Collaborate with vendors, OEMs, and cloud providers Manage vendor performance, escalations, and service reviews Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders Present service performance, risks, and improvement plans Governance, Compliance & Security Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and audits Support regulatory requirements such as SOX, DR, BCP, and access controls Conduct disaster recovery drills , backup validation, and resiliency planning Maintain audit readiness and address compliance findings
