Role Overview Lead Strategic Food Service Operations at Medstar Health Sodexo is seeking a Client Executive 2
- Healthcare Food Services to support operations within the Medstar Health System based in the Baltimore, MD area.
Key responsibilities include:
Oversee food service operations at Medstar Health locations Deliver operational excellence by meeting Sodexo service commitments that are Predictable, Reliable, and Repeatable Ensure successful execution of contractual obligations, KPIs, and performance standards Coordinate and direct all account activities including financial performance, policy compliance, and employee development Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital leadership and key stakeholders Partner with Sodexo senior leadership to support client retention and growth initiatives Develop and manage annual business plans and budgets in collaboration with finance leadership Monitor financial performance and drive strategies to maintain strong fiscal outcomes Lead and develop frontline leaders and management teams to ensure strong operational performance Identify opportunities for business development and growth within existing client relationships What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
