PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
- To be responsible for the technical and operational functions for multiple offices, including direct operational responsibility where the manager resides; to handle the staffing and training needs within assigned offices, as well as staff development, career and succession planning; and to be responsible for budget preparation and profit and loss management for assigned office(s).
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES MAY INCLUDE
- + Oversees overall operations management for all locations/offices within an area.

FUNCTIONS andRESPONSIBILITIES
- + Performs other duties as assigned. + Supports the organization's quality program(s). + Travels as required.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- + Administers company personnel policies in all areas and follows company staffing standards and training recommendations. + Interviews, hires and establishes colleague performance development plans; conducts colleague performance reviews. + Provides support, guidance, leadership and motivation to promote maximum performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing:
+ Ten (10) years claims management experience or or equivalent combination of experience and education including five (5) years supervisory experience. Claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. + Public Entity Experience preferred + Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. CPCU, ARM, AIM, and/or AIC certifications preferred.TAKING CARE OF YOU
