Chief Operating Officer

Job Title:

Chief Operating Officer (COO) Job Description We are seeking a dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and oversee the management of 6-8 key roles at our facility. The COO will drive daily operations, optimize production efficiency, and implement strategic goals.. This role encompasses overseeing roles within the farming/agriculture industry such as, logistics and supply chain functions, operation management, ensuring safety compliance, managing capital budgets, and fostering a high-performance culture. The COO will report directly to the owner. Essential Skills Experience in production/operations management. Supervisory skills with a proven track record. Prior experience in a COO or upper level operations management role.

Pay:

$100,000 - $150000 + Bonus Structure Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Fergus Falls, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $150000.00/yr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
