Waconia, Elmore, and Sartell, Minnesota Compensation:
$180,000 annually + discretionary performance-based bonuses

Drive Performance. Elevate Senior Living. Sunflower Communities is seeking a proven Regional Administrator (LALD) to lead operations across multiple assisted living and memory care communities. This is a hands-on, high-accountability leadership role for someone who thrives in multi-site oversight, team development, and operational execution . You will play a key role in stabilizing teams, strengthening compliance, and accelerating growth , including supporting the continued success of our Sartell community. This is not a sit-back leadership role. You will be in the field, coaching leaders, driving results, and setting the standard across every building you support. What You Will Own Full oversight of multi-site assisted living and memory care operations . Development of Executive Directors and department leaders . Execution of staffing strategies, hiring plans, and leadership pipelines . Ownership of MDH survey readiness, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation . Consistency in resident care, memory care programming, and service delivery . Driving occupancy growth, move-in conversion, and community reputation . Financial performance including labor management, overtime, and agency reduction . Alignment with Minnesota Assisted Living Licensure, BELTSS, and state regulations . Day-to-Day Impact Conduct site visits, audits, and operational deep dives using KPIs and dashboards. Support new building openings and operational readiness , including Sartell. Analyze trends, incidents, and satisfaction data to improve outcomes. Coach leaders on compliance, assessments, service plans, and admissions processes . Partner with sales, marketing, and clinical teams to drive census growth. What Success Looks Like Strong, consistent MDH survey outcomes with fewer deficiencies . Increased occupancy and improved lead-to-move-in timelines . Reduced reliance on agency staffing and improved retention . Elevated memory care services and staff competency . Engaged, accountable leadership teams aligned with expectations. What You Bring Active Minnesota LALD license in good standing. Demonstrated success in multi-site senior living leadership . Proven results in compliance, census growth, and financial performance . Deep understanding of assisted living regulations and survey processes . Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach, mentor, and hold teams accountable . Willingness to travel regularly between Waconia, Elmore, and Sartell . Preferred Background Experience with new developments, start-ups, or turnaround environments . Strong track record in memory care leadership and dementia programming .
