Job Description:
Provides strategic leadership and overall direction for business services operations across Allina Health Group clinics, spanning the full patient journey from initial point of contact through patient account adjudication. Accountable for developing and executing strategies that ensure operational excellence, financial integrity, and a consistently high‑quality patient experience. Partners closely with clinic, hospital, and system‑level leaders, as well as enterprise centers of expertise, to achieve clinic‑specific and system‑wide goals related to business services performance and operations. Principle Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Business Services Oversight Leads the planning, development, and execution of strategic initiatives and tactics related to business services across the Allina Health Group clinics. Recommends enterprise and clinic‑level goals that advance organizational priorities, operational performance, and patient experience outcomes. Establishes priorities and sequences initiatives and tactics to ensure effective execution and achievement of desired outcomes. Designs, implements, and evaluates business and operational models to improve efficiency, support sustainable revenue growth, and enable scalability across clinics. System Collaboration, Workflow Standardization & Governance Collaborates closely with clinic and hospital operations leadership and key system partners, including Revenue Cycle Management, Revenue Cycle Training, Information Services, Finance, and Payor Relations, to drive aligned and effective business services operations. Establishes and maintains enterprise‑wide policies, procedures, and workflows related to clinic business operations and the revenue cycle to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational excellence. Leads and facilitates key business services forums and governance meetings, ensuring clear communication, alignment on priorities, and accountability for outcomes. Develops and implements standardized registration and scheduling workflows across all Allina Health Group clinics to ensure accurate charge capture, seamless patient transitions, and delivery of an exceptional patient experience. People Management Manages a team supporting business operations Leads onboarding, training, and standard work development for business services staff and leaders, ensuring consistency with organizational standards, workflows, and clinic division priorities. Establishes expectations and provides oversight to ensure staff capabilities and performance support operational and patient experience goals. Compliance & Regulatory Oversight Provides oversight for compliance and regulatory adherence across business services operations, ensuring all Allina Health Group business service policies are implemented in accordance with applicable federal, state, and payer regulations. Ensures alignment with Allina Health policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, partnering with system compliance, revenue cycle, and operational leaders to mitigate risk and maintain operational integrity. Technology Optimization & Data Quality Partners with Information Services and other technology teams to optimize systems and digital tools that support business services operations. Leads or sponsors implementation and enhancement of technology solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and the patient experience. Ensures high levels of data quality across registration, scheduling, and discharge processes; develops, monitors, and reports on key performance indicators to drive desired outcomes. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Health Care field or Business Management 7+ years progressive Healthcare leadership experience 7+ years experience in clinical operations and revenue cycle management, with demonstrated ability to lead change and optimize processes Preferred Qualifications Masters degree in

Pay Range Pay Range:
$66.09 to $91.44 per hour The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience and education. Additional incentives may be available, including discretionary monetary bonuses, goal-based bonuses, and other financial incentives.
