Circle Sage Summer Internship Circle Sage Property Management will offer a 6-week Summer Internship Program beginning June 15, 2026, designed to provide a Band Member Youth with hands-on exposure to the day-today operations of the organization. This internship introduces Band Member Youth to the various operational functions, career paths, and workplace environments that support Circle Sage's residential and commercial portfolio. Through exposure to both office and field settings, the intern will gain a broader understanding of how maintenance, property management, leadership, and resident services work together to support the overall success of the organization and the communities we serve. The selected intern will primarily work alongside the Director of Operations & Development out of the Corporate Lodge Offices in Hinckley for approximately 32 hours per week, Monday through Thursday, at a rate of $15.00 per hour with weekly pay. Program Structure The intern will rotate through several operational areas of Circle Sage throughout the 6-week program, including: Property Management Operations Residential and Commercial Maintenance Facilities and Grounds Operations Leadership and Administrative Exposure The internship will focus on observation, participation, mentorship, and practical workplace experience while providing the intern with a well rounded understanding of organizational operations. Weekly Focus Areas Week 1
  • Introduction to Circle Sage Operations Organizational overview Property tours and staff introductions Workplace expectations and safety Introduction to management and maintenance operations Week 2
  • Maintenance & Property Upkeep Exposure to work orders and preventative maintenance Property inspections and curb appeal standards property maintenance and operational support tasks Week 3
  • Property Management & Resident Services Exposure to resident communication and office operations Housing and related operations overview Administrative organization and documentation practices Week 4
  • Leadership & Team Collaboration Exposure to leadership meetings and operational planning Team communication and accountability Understanding how departments work together to support residents and operations Week 5
  • Project Development Development of a final internship project focused on resident experience, operational improvement, or takeaway portfolio. Presentation preparation and mentorship discussions Week 6
  • Final Presentation & Program Wrap-Up Final presentation to leadership and staff Reflection on lessons learned and career interests Internship evaluation, closeout, and celebration!
