Agency Executive Leader
  • Sales & Growth Farmers Insurance is seeking a proven sales and leadership executive ready to step into an agency executive leadership role with significant income potential and long-term equity-style upside through renewals and team performance and own their own Agency.
This opportunity is not an entry-level sales role. It is designed for individuals with capital, business acumen, and experience leading revenue-generating teams who want to deploy their skills into a scalable, established platform backed by a nationally recognized brand. At the District Office of Joshua Sharp, you'll partner with a top 1% district that provides infrastructure, carrier access, marketing systems, and leadership support — allowing you to focus on growth, execution, and scale.
