We are looking for a strong, people-focused leader to join our Trust Operations team. This role is a great opportunity to lead a high impact function in a matrix structure that supports the Edward Jones Trust Company and directly influences the client and branch experience. You will play a key role in delivering operational excellence, managing risk, and building a high performing team in a complex and evolving environment.
About the team:
Trust Operations provides end-to-end operational support for the Edward Jones Trust Company, including account funding, trading, statements, and account closing. The team operates as a service provider through a formal agreement with the Trust Company and partners closely with internal and external stakeholders, including SEI, Broadridge, and EJ Trading. What will you do : Lead a team of associates, drive performance against key goals, service levels, and risk standards in a high volume, time sensitive environment Own and manage operational risk across processes, ensuring strong controls, regulatory compliance, and alignment with supervisory procedures Develop team capability through coaching, clear expectations, and ongoing development, while building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Partner across the firm and with vendors to resolve complex issues, improve processes, and strengthen end-to-end workflows that support the client and branch experience Identify and implement process improvements and technology solutions to increase efficiency, scalability, and quality across Trust Operations Provide support and enable the scalable delivery of Trust Company HNW offerings, including Limited Custody and Alternative Investments. SIE and Series 7 required Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams in a complex operations environment with financial, regulatory, and client service risk Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing talent, driving engagement, and delivering measurable outcomes Demonstrated ability to improve processes, reduce risk, and enhance client and branch experience through thoughtful execution Experience working with cross functional partners and external vendors, including risk, compliance, technology, and third-party providers At Edward Jones, we are building a place where everyone feels like they belong.
