Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) based in Charlotte, NC. The COO will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the firm, driving business strategy, and ensuring operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams, streamlining workflows, developing and executing business plans, overseeing budgets, and ensuring financial health. The COO will work closely with senior leadership to achieve organizational goals and foster a collaborative work environment. Qualifications Strong expertise in Business Planning and Operations Management to implement and oversee firm-wide initiatives effectively Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate operational performance and drive data-informed decision-making processes Proven experience in Finance and Budgeting to ensure financial strategy aligns with the organization's goals and priorities Excellent leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and projects Experience in the legal or professional services industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred Demonstrated ability to develop and sustain high-performance teams
