Position Summary:
The primary purpose of your job is to manage and ensure overall operations of communities assigned by performing regulatory requirements, assuring adherence to Community policy and procedure, assuring financial goals are established and maintained through monitoring performance of key community management personnel and providing feedback, directions, resources, and developing staff to ensure successful outcomes. This position will support upcoming new acquisitions in the region; therefore, exact community assignments are not known at this time.
Qualifications/Education:
Multi-facility leadership experience in a skilled nursing setting Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university; or one to two years' related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience MUST have an ACTIVE Administrator's License in the state of North Carolina Must be able to travel to facilities in North Carolina Program details can vary amongst buildings.
