Job Description

Trade It! is a dynamic and innovative second hand retailer. As we continue to expand, we are seeking experienced and visionary leaders to join our management team and drive success across all departments.
Open Positions:
We are currently hiring for management in all departments.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve departmental and organizational goals. Lead and inspire teams to achieve high levels of performance and productivity. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that encourages innovation and collaboration. Analyze departmental metrics and implement improvements as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and communication.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a management role. Strong leadership and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. A track record of achieving and exceeding targets.

$28,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
