Job Description

Description Common Oaks Lodging, a division of Concord Hospitality, is expanding! We will be seeking experienced hotel leaders for our Woodspring Suites by Choice Hotels at various locations nationally. In this role, you will serve as a strategic leader for the overall property performance, driving operations and revenue, while reinforcing brand culture and delivering a strong guest and associate experience.
Key R esponsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring coverage, cleanliness, and property standards. Analyze financial and operational performance data to drive results and decision-making. Ensure service programs are implemented and consistently executed to brand standards. Leverage market insights and property strengths to drive revenue through strategic selling and enhanced use of amenities. Consolidate period-end reports and analyze revenue management data to support performance and pricing decisions. Drive performance management, associate development, training delivery, and culture initiatives to support engagement and team performance. Provide real-time coaching and feedback to leaders and associates on service and operations. Deliver training to associates (i.e, Service So Memorable Quarterly Recharges). Reinforce Woodspring Suites and Concord culture with associates. Monitor guest satisfaction metrics (GSS) and drive continuous improvement. Manage labor and controllable costs to meet budget and profitability goals. Deliver performance updates to ownership and leadership, including reporting and business reviews. We are looking for hotel leaders who have: 3+ years hotel management experience (extended stay preferred). Experience with Revenue Management and Choice Advantage PMS. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proven ability to hire, develop, and lead teams. Performs effectively in fast-paced environments and under pressure. Why Join Us? Pay Range:
