VP of Insurance

Our client is a highly respected, successful insurance agency that's looking to bring on a VP of Insurance to oversee full operation of the business. This is a true leadership role with full authority and responsibility for performance, people, and execution across a multi-office platform. It's a strong opportunity for someone who has led at the agency or regional level and wants real operating control without needing to produce personally. Responsibilities Lead the agency day-to-day with full operating authority Own producer performance (growth, retention, accountability) Lead producers and staff across all locations Set and enforce sales expectations and performance standards Align sales activity with operational capacity Drive consistency, culture, and professionalism across offices Make and execute decisions on hiring and development Background Requirements Sales and operations experience within an independent insurance agency Experience leading an insurance team, branch, region, or agency Proven track record managing and holding producers accountable Experience leading managers and/or staff Strong business and financial acumen Compensation Executive-level base salary + performance incentives Incentives tied to organic growth, retention, and overall agency performance Leadership role with full authority Excellent benefits, retirement, etc.
