Strategic Planning :
Develop and implement strategies to optimize fleet management and expand our taxi service footprint in Norfolk.
Operational Excellence :
Manage daily fleet operations, tackle challenges, and improve logistical efficiency.
Talent Development :
Recruit, train, and retain top local talent and independent drivers, ensuring a high-performing team.
Customer Relationships :
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring top-notch service and satisfaction.
Fleet Maintenance Oversight :
Ensure fleet maintenance programs are in place to maximize vehicle availability, safety, and reliability.
Compliance & Safety :
Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and operational protocols for both drivers and vehicles.
Performance Analysis :
Regularly analyze key performance metrics, executing plans to meet both operational and financial targets.
Budgeting & Procurement :
Lead budgeting, fleet procurement, and strategic planning efforts for the Norfolk location.
Client Relations :
Represent the company in client meetings and contract negotiations as needed.
Team Leadership :
Foster a high-performance culture by mentoring and developing your team, encouraging continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For:
Experience :
5-10 years of leadership experience in fleet management or operations, ideally with P&L responsibility.
Proven Leadership :
Successful track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
Skills :
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
Mindset :
Results-oriented, with a passion for innovation, growth, and operational excellence.
