Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven General Manager to take ownership of operations at our metal forming facility in Bow, NH. In this role, you won't just sit in an office. You will be a visible, active leader on the production floor-evaluating current processes, identifying inefficiencies, and driving meaningful change. Reporting directly to executive leadership, you will play a critical role in shaping business performance, optimizing profitability, and fostering a positive culture rooted in teamwork and accountability. What You ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Drive Operational Excellence:
Oversee daily plant operations, optimize production schedules, and ensure efficiency targets are met.
Lead Process Improvement:
Evaluate existing manufacturing processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement strategies.
Cultivate Talent:
Lead, train, and mentor employees across the operation, building a strong, cohesive, and accountable team. Lead by

Industry Expertise:
Direct experience with roll forming or similar metal bending/forming machinery is strictly required.
Proven Leadership:
5+ years of manufacturing or plant leadership experience with a track record of building and coaching high-performing teams.

Proven ability to spot inefficiencies, make confident decisions, and successfully implement operational change.
