Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Multi Unit Manager to lead and inspire multiple IHOP locations within our organization. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence across all units. As a senior leader, you will develop and implement strategic plans, foster a high-performance culture, and optimize profitability while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the success of our multi-unit operations, creating a positive impact on both team members and the overall business. locations are in 30 miles radius Duties Provide visionary leadership to multiple locations, setting clear goals and expectations for operational excellence and team performance Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, increase sales, and improve overall profitability across all units Oversee management teams at each location, ensuring effective supervision, coaching, and development of staff Monitor financial performance by managing profit & loss statements, controlling costs, and maximizing revenue opportunities Lead business development initiatives to expand market presence and attract new customers Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, streamline operations, and elevate customer experience Manage projects related to operational upgrades, facility improvements, or new initiatives to support organizational goals Skills Proven management experience with a strong track record of supervising multiple units or locations Strategic planning expertise with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans Exceptional leadership skills to motivate teams, foster collaboration, and drive results Deep understanding of profit & loss management to ensure financial health of all units Business development acumen with experience in expanding customer base and increasing sales revenue Strong project management capabilities to oversee initiatives from conception through execution Expertise in process improvement techniques to optimize workflows and service delivery Join us as a Senior Multi Unit Manager if you're passionate about leading teams, driving growth through strategic initiatives, and making a tangible difference across multiple locations.
