This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role responsible for establishing and elevating operational standards, SOPs, and service culture across a portfolio of upscale restaurant concepts. The role will provide strategic direction while maintaining active, on-the-ground oversight, leading new restaurant openings, and holding full P&L responsibility to drive performance, consistency, and brand excellence. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of progressive leadership experience overseeing multiple high-end or luxury restaurant concepts and will bring a strong operator mindset with exceptional financial acumen.
