Aerospace or highly regulated manufacturing experience Experience supporting high-growth manufacturing environments The successful candidate will lead plant operations with full accountability for operational performance, profitability, and scalable growth. This executive leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and financial performance while supporting aggressive growth objectives. The General Manager will partner closely with executive leadership to translate strategic objectives into disciplined operational execution.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all plant operations with full accountability for safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and financial performance. Drive operational execution through KPI management, capacity planning, and disciplined day-to-day leadership. Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on Lean manufacturing, 6S, workflow optimization, and productivity enhancement. Develop and execute operational strategies supporting growth, automation, capital investment, and scalability initiatives. Build and develop high-performing teams while strengthening accountability, leadership capability, and operational discipline. Partner cross-functionally with Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and executive leadership to support customer commitments and long-term business objectives.
