Job Description
Summary :
Lead and optimize end-to-end operations across manufacturing, supply chain, and customer service to ensure efficient execution, on-time delivery, and high customer satisfaction. Drive strategic planning, continuous improvement, KPI-based performance, and strong team leadership to deliver sustainable results while managing costs and resources effectively. Specific Responsibilities Direct and coordinate overall operations across supply chain, customer service/order management, and manufacturing to ensure operations are running smoothly Develop plans and production schedules for manufacturing to meet monthly and quarterly targets (execution delegated to Plant Manager) Hire and train new employees; serve as a positive role model of emotional intelligence and servant leadership. Drive positive employee relations and deliver sustainable results Refine and enhance processes by applying continuous improvement related to the manufacturability of product and processes Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operations, including manufacturing, supply chain, and customer service/order management, and identify areas for improvement Develop and lead global supply chain strategy, including procurement, planning, inventory management, and logistics Oversee customer service and order management functions to ensure accurate order processing, on-time delivery, and high levels of customer satisfaction Developing budgets; controlling costs, maximizing use of available assets Promote a healthy and safe work environment in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations Lead ad hoc management reporting and projects as needed Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Engineering required 4+ year s minimum experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment Management experience required Demonstrated leadership skills, independent thinking, strong organizational and planning abilities and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential Experience with regulations, cGMP and pharmaceuticals/medical device industry Shop-floor systems knowledge Must be able to prioritize multiple requests/projects Excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills Comprehensive experience with a wide range of mechanical products and manufacturing methods Experience in the development of a metrics driven, continuous improvement culture steeped in lean manufacturing concepts Experience in supply chain management, including procurement, planning, and logistics preferred Experience overseeing customer service and order management functions preferredCOMPETENCIES
