Operations Lead

  • Full-time The role We're a GTM agency running outbound, content, and go-to-market strategy for venture-backed B2B AI startups.
Our clients are some of the fastest growing startups in the world backed by YC, Greylock, Sequoia, and other top firms. You'll own the operational layer, keeping the company and team organized, managing internal projects, and making sure we execute across 10+ clients every week. What you'll own: Campaign operations across 10+ clients
  • make sure launches happen on-time and the team is organized to deliver at a high level. ClickUp / Notion
  • you own the systems of record and knowledge bases Client-facing updates and comms
  • you can write a clean, professional message and send it without me reviewing it over Slack and Automating anything that's manual and repetitive
  • you reach for AI before you reach for a process doc Coordinating between our GTM engineers and me
  • you're the connective tissue between the team Keeping me organized
  • calendar, priorities, follow-ups Who you are AI-native. You're already using Claude Code, ChatGPT, Viktor, etc in your daily work and you have vibe coded apps that you use in your personal day to day. Organized before anyone asks High agency
  • you see what needs to happen and you do it Can write
  • client emails, Slack messages, internal docs in a clear and professional manner Comfortable in ambiguity
  • we move fast, things change, you adapt Some feel for B2B Saa
S & AI / GTM
  • you don't need to be an expert but you need to have good business sense Nice to haves Experience with tools like Clay, HubSpot, Notion, Slack, or similar GTM/ops stack Exposure to B2B AI
  • either working at a startup or in a client-facing role serving them Experience building or managing automated workflows (Claude Code, Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.
) You've worked directly with a founder or CEO before and know what that dynamic looks like
