Vice President of Operations

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Vice President of Operations position include: 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or assembly environments 3-5+ years in senior or executive manufacturing leadership Strong background in fabrication, welding operations, assembly, and equipment manufacturing Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred; MBA or Master's strongly preferred Executive-level knowledge of AWS and ASME welding procedures, piping, structural materials, and production processes Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel, ERP systems, AutoCAD/Autodesk, and workflow tools such as Monday.com Oversee full manufacturing operations, lead strategic initiatives, manage production flow, and align operations with business goals Lead and mentor teams, collaborate with executives and customers, and support the company's transition into technology-sector manufacturing

Salary :

$200,000 - $250,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
