Manufacturing Operations Leadership We are developing a large-scale sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing campus in Elko, Nevada, focused on IV solutions, Sterile Water for Injection (SWFI), and related healthcare manufacturing products. This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground floor and help build a company from concept to commercial production. Founding Team members will have the opportunity to influence facility design, operational strategy, quality systems, regulatory compliance, validation programs, organizational culture, and long-term growth. We are seeking leaders with experience in:- Sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing
- FDA-regulated operations
- cGMP compliance
- Facility startup, commissioning, and qualification
- Validation and Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Regulatory Affairs and Compliance
- Large-scale manufacturing operations
- Building and leading high-performing teams These positions are expected to become active as the project advances through funding and development milestones.
