Position Overview:

The VP of Operations•Manufacturing & Logistics is accountable for optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations, with a strong focus on logistics performance and the use of data analytics to drive continuous improvement, cost efficiency, and scalability. •

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics operations across multiple facilities or regions. Build and lead an operations strategy rooted in supply chain excellence and predictive analytics. Leverage data tools to optimize route planning, warehouse throughput, inventory turnover, and demand forecasting. Identify and act on logistics inefficiencies using dashboards, KPIs, and scenario-based modeling. Partner with senior leadership to ensure operations align with company growth and profitability targets. Lead cross-functional teams and instill a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and data transparency. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards while driving lean process adoption. •

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Analytics, or related field. 10+ years of leadership experience in operations with a strong logistics and supply chain focus. Demonstrated expertise in data analytics and decision-support tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel). Proven track record of reducing logistics costs and improving service levels through analytics-driven strategies. Knowledge of lean methodologies, Six Sigma, or equivalent continuous improvement frameworks. Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional team management skills.
