  • $170,000 Base Salary + Bonus Opportunity Lead the Future of Multi-Site Dental Operations We are seeking an experienced and strategi c Vice President of Operatio ns to oversee and optimize operations across a growing network of dental practices throughout New York Position Summ ary The Vice President of Operations will partner closely with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives that support growth, profitability, operational efficiency, and exceptional patient care across multiple practice locations.
This role is responsible for establishing operational standards, optimizing workflows, driving accountability, and ensuring consistent execution throughout the organizati on.

Multi-Site Operations Man agement Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple dental practice locations. Establish and maintain operational standards, policies, and best practices. Optimize scheduling, patient flow, staffing models, and resource utilization. Qualifications RequiredBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of senior-level multi-site healthcare or dental operations leadership experience. Demonstrated success leading multiple locations, regions, or practices. Strong understanding of practice operations, scheduling, patient flow, revenue cycle management, and business performance metrics. Strong financial and business acumen with the ability to analyze operational and financial performance data. Ability to travel extensively throughout New York Preferred Master's degree (MBA, MHA, or rela ted field).Dental Service Organization (DSO) experience. Experience overseeing high-growth multi-location healthcare organizations. Knowledge of dental industry regulations and compliance requirements.
