Partner with executive leadership to shape and drive the company's long-term strategic vision Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (a master's degree is preferred) Extensive experience (5+ years) in multi-site dental practice management or operations, preferably within a DSO or mid-sized group. Strong knowledge of dental practice operations, including scheduling, patient flow, billing, and insurance processes. Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams.
