Matching VP of Operations Responsibilities Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement the operational strategy aligned with the Company's overall goals and objectives. Collaborate with the executive team to define and execute the company's long-term vision.
Operational Management:
Provide leadership and direction to all operational departments, such as manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, facilities, and quality assurance. Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations, optimizing resource allocation and utilization. Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes and improve productivity.
Team Leadership and Development :
Build and lead a high-performing operations team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to department heads and managers. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning within the operations function.
Compliance Monitoring :
Identify operational risks and develop strategies with senior operations to mitigate them. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Financial Management:
Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities. Work with practice managers and revenue cycle team to optimize and maximize revenue generation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (a master's degree is preferred) Extensive experience (5+ years) in multi-site dental practice management or operations, preferably within a DSO or mid-sized group. Strong knowledge of dental practice operations, including scheduling, patient flow, billing, and insurance processes. Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze financial and operational data. Familiarity with dental industry regulations and compliance requirements. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
