Salary:
$150-180k base salary + full comprehensive benefits
Job Summary:
Our client, an innovative AI-native SaaS company in the property management technology space, is seeking a highly strategic and hands-on GTM Operations Engineer / RevOps Lead to build and scale the operational foundation that supports revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, Data, and Automation. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical systems expertise and strategic RevOps leadership, with the ability to architect scalable GTM infrastructure, optimize commercial operations, and deliver actionable business intelligence across the organization. This individual will play a critical role in building the company's operational backbone while partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership teams. This is an onsite position based in New York.
Job Responsibilities:
Own and optimize the company's GTM and Revenue Operations infrastructure, processes, and systems Build scalable operational frameworks to support rapid company growth Design, implement, and automate workflows across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success functions Manage and optimize CRM functionality to ensure systems evolve alongside business needs Develop dashboards, reporting, and analytics that provide visibility into commercial performance and key revenue metrics Drive revenue forecasting processes and improve forecast accuracy Support pricing and packaging analysis, compensation planning, and territory mapping initiatives Establish foundational data architecture and operational best practices to support future data engineering and AI initiatives Evaluate and implement tools and technologies to improve GTM efficiency and scalability Partner closely with executive leadership to deliver insights that support strategic decision-making Maintain and optimize GTM tools, including platforms such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, and CRM systems Ensure data integrity, process consistency, and operational alignment across all revenue-generating functions Serve as a strategic thought partner while remaining highly hands-on in systems execution and operational problem solving
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Engineering, or similar operational leadership roles Strong experience building and optimizing CRM systems and GTM infrastructure within a SaaS environment Proven ability to automate workflows and improve operational scalability Experience with revenue forecasting, dashboard development, reporting, and commercial analytics Strong understanding of GTM metrics including pipeline performance, conversion rates, forecasting, territory planning, and compensation structures Experience working within startup and/or high-growth SaaS environments strongly preferred Hands-on experience with platforms such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, CRM systems, and other GTM technologies Ability to bridge strategic RevOps leadership with technical systems execution AI fluency and comfort leveraging AI-driven tools and workflows preferred, though prior AI company experience is not required Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills Highly proactive, adaptable, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments
