Job Description:
Seeking a dynamic Plant Leader to champion and execute integrated strategies, processes, and systems that elevate productivity, engagement, and overall operational performance. This leader will attract, retain, and develop a high?performing leadership team with the capabilities needed to meet current and future business demands. The role is accountable for driving customer and employee satisfaction while improving the efficiency of manpower, materials, and production processes. The Plant Leader will ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and accurately to strengthen performance across Safety, Quality, and Reliability (SQR) and advance our Customer 1st strategy. This position provides leadership that reflects our 7 Manufacturing High?

Requirements:
3+ years of leadership experience in fluid dairy manufacturing 8+ years of experience in food manufacturing/processing or equivalent Demonstrated management experience in a union environment 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations Proven, highly effective people and performance management skills Position level will be determined by plant size and operational complexity Strong verbal and written communication capabilities Strong strategic thinking, critical thinking, and analytical skills Thorough knowledge of plant operations, systems, and procedures High degree of integrity, judgment, and decision?making capability Bachelor's degree in related field of study
