Job Description
President, HVAC Division | Dayton, Ohio $80,000-$100,000 Base | Health Insurance | Meaningful Bonus & Incentive Plan About the Role We're looking for an experienced HVAC leader who has been there, done that, and knows how to build something from the ground up. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll take true ownership of a growing division and put the people, processes, and systems in place to scale it the right way. If you thrive in a build-it environment and have the industry experience to back it up, we want to talk. What You'll Own Build and implement the operational framework for the division: workflows, accountability structures, scheduling, and service delivery standards Lead and develop a growing team with a clear eye toward scaling Oversee day-to-day operations including after-hours support and field responsiveness Drive business development and manage key client relationships Own the
P&L:
budgeting, forecasting, and hitting financial targets Establish KPIs and reporting so leadership always has clear visibility What We're Looking For Proven experience in HVAC operations or division leadership; you know the industry, the trades, and what good looks like Track record of building or significantly improving operations, not just maintaining them Strong leader who can hold a team accountable while keeping morale high Comfortable with after-hours demands and accountability Experience owning a budget and understanding the financials of running a division Someone who sees a gap and fills it without being asked What We Offer $80,000-$100,000 base salary Health insurance Meaningful bonus and incentive plan tied to division performance.
