As the VP, Clinical Operations & Chief Clinical Officer, you will provide leadership for the operation of clinical services and serve on the Sr Leadership Team supporting clinical services throughout the agency. What are we looking for from the VP, Clinical Operations & Chief Clinical Officer ? Supervise Senior Chief Officers and Chief Officers to ensure business model goals and clinical outcomes are met and provide strategic leadership Monitor clinical processes in Business Units to ensure uniformity and standardization across the organization and provide clinical consultation Collaborate with all stakeholders including MH Boards, Executive Team Members, and community partners on common community goals Chair the internal Clinical Council, Member on the Senior Leadership Team, serve as a member on Compliance Committee, Board committees, and participate as a member in various trade state and national trade associations Oversee the completion of Root Cause Analyses and corrective actions Explore, recommend, and implement technology which assists clinical staff members in providing client services Approve and participate in grant development, writing, submission, and fulfillment process Other duties as assigned What qualifications are needed to be a successful VP, Clinical Operations & Chief Clinical Officer ? Independently licensed with the Ohio CSWMFT Board or the Ohio Psychology Board Ten years' experience with clinical and administrative supervision in behavioral health Meets Ohio Department of Mental Health Standards and maintains appropriate licensing Experience with Electronic Health Records and excellent computer skills Excellent collaboration, time management, and communication skills Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities and deadlines Work effectively and collaboratively as a team, interacting with clients, vendors, and employees Able to exercise balanced judgment in evaluating situations and making decisions, and to handle difficult or confrontational situations in a calm, consistent, and equitable manner Able to work 40+ hours per week, and during off-shifts and weekends with the ability to travel Maintain a clean driving record and pass BCI and FBI background checks Why join Coleman Health Services?
