Tinker Federal Credit Union's Branch Operations department has an immediate opening for a VP Manager, Business Deposit & Treasury Operations ! As a VP Manager, Business Deposit & Treasury Operations , you will be responsible for the following: Directing the implementation of market-competitive products, operational policies, and procedures for TFCU's commercial deposit and treasury management functions. Developing standards, recommends business solutions, and oversees issue resolution while maintaining a strong focus on scalable, sustainable strategies that enhance efficiency and member service. Ensuring all products and processes align with corporate goals and comply with state and federal regulations governing deposit and treasury management, payment processing, and electronic communication standards. Collaborating closely with internal teams and cross-functional partners to execute optimal sales and service strategies in support of TFCU's strategic plan and ensures consistency in daily operations across the Deposit and Treasury Management Services Network.
Salary Range:
This is an exempt position. The starting salary is $179,314.39; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity. Schedule:
Normally works a weekday schedule, but may be required to work evenings, holidays, or weekends. May be required to travel overnight with or without notice. Could be subjected to on-call status. Education/Experience:
A bachelor's in business, finance, accounting, or a related field and 9 years of experience (five of which must be at the management level) related to the management and/or innovative development and/or sales or retail operations of commercial banking deposit services, are required. Applicable work experience and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for one year of education. Applicable additional education levels may be eligible to satisfy experience requirements. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED
by TFCU's chosen authority. Approved lending authority by TFCU's Board of Directors. Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) Designations are required. Other designations or acceptable work experience within the same type of scope may be considered in lieu of the CTP or AAP. Keys to success:
In order to be successful as a VP Manager, Business Deposit & Treasury Operations, you must possess these qualifications: Ability to obtain and maintain extensive knowledge of credit union policies, procedures, and compliance with state and federal regulations. Expert-level proficiency in all areas of commercial banking and treasury management services, including wire procedures. Strong analytical, technical, and leadership skills to drive operational and strategic objectives. Working knowledge of accounting practices, regulatory requirements, and legal considerations across areas of responsibility. Proven ability to mentor and guide others in building and maintaining commercial relationships. Exceptional communication and organizational skills to support enterprise-wide initiatives. Demonstrated experience in organizational strategic planning and execution.
