Job Summary:
The Regional Director is responsible for leading and overseeing the retail operations of multiple store locations, ensuring consistent execution of brand, community, and operational standards across all assigned locations. This role focuses on strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership development to drive performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the performance and operations of multiple retail stores, ensuring alignment with company standards in brand, customer experience, and team engagement. Collaborate with corporate departments and store teams to ensure stores are equipped with necessary resources and tools to execute effective operational plans. Drive and enforce workplace safety practices and adherence to all safety rules and regulations across all regions. Conduct regular visits to store locations, working closely with Store Managers to identify opportunities for continuous performance improvement. Participate in and influence company-wide strategic planning initiatives using field insights to support data-driven decisions. Lead the development and execution of regional financial, strategic, and operational plans, including performance tracking and results delivery. Develop and implement scalable processes and standard operating procedures to promote operational agility and organizational efficiency. Inspire, coach, and lead a high-performing team of Retail Managers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and professional growth. Support Retail Managers in overseeing performance review processes and ensuring timely and accurate submission of employee evaluations. Lead talent acquisition efforts for store management positions, including interviewing and selecting candidates to meet regional staffing needs. Oversee the onboarding and ongoing training of Store and Assistant Managers, ensuring consistency with company training programs and standards. Monitor store staffing schedules and labor plans to ensure compliance with staffing guidelines and operational needs. Ensure designated store teams are proficient in the use of payroll systems (e.g., ADP), regularly reviewing payroll entries for accuracy and addressing discrepancies.

Educational Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required. Training is over a period up to and including three months.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting to 50 lbs. and pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs., standing, bending, and reaching.
