The President works in close partnership with the Board of Directors, SSMO Ministries Corporation President, executive leadership, and key stakeholders to guide long-term planning, financial sustainability, and institutional growth. Why This Role Matters VCS is at an inflection point shared by many distinguished Catholic schools nationwide: a moment to honor a deeply rooted founding mission while enhancing operations, deepening enrollment pipelines, stewarding capital investment, and ensuring long-term financial sustainability. Because Valley Catholic operates as a unified PreK-12 campus, the President shapes the experience of a child from age 8 weeks through high school graduation — a rare scope and a rare opportunity. Strategic Leadership & Operations Provide overall leadership and direction for all aspects of school operations, ensuring alignment with strategic and mission-driven goals. Establish, implement, and evaluate organizational policies, procedures, and departmental objectives. Provide leadership in setting strategic priorities and ensuring effective execution across all departments. Promote a culture consistent with the values and teachings of the Catholic faith.
