Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to advance our mission and objectives. Oversee daily operations and ensure the highest quality of care for our clients. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and regulatory agencies. Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of healthcare professionals. Manage financial performance and ensure sustainable growth of the organization. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our services. Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes affecting home healthcare. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the organization.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a leadership role within the healthcare sector. A minimum of 5 years working experience in the IDD sector Strong understanding of home healthcare regulations and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency and improve patient outcomes. Master's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred. Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets. Passion for improving the lives of patients and their families. Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team towards common goals.
