Director/Vice President of Manufacturing and Operations

We are partnering with a growing, privately held manufacturing company in the heavy industrial manufacturing and fabrication sector to identify a Director/Vice President of Manufacturing and Operations. This is a profitable, well-established organization with two production facilities and a national customer base. Reporting directly to the President & CEO, the successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership across all manufacturing functions, including production, maintenance, safety, transportation, quality, and capital projects. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, results-driven leader with a proven track record of implementing standardization, continuous improvement, and lean manufacturing practices. They will bring a strong command of operational metrics, a passion for process excellence, and the ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams. We are looking for candidates with: Multi-site manufacturing experience. 10+ years of progressive manufacturing experience and 5+ years as a Vice President or Director of Operations. Heavy industrial, steel, capital equipment or related industry experience. Excels at culture where you have to be a hands on leader that can also be a strategic leader. A track record of safe, profitable and growth experience. Continuous improvement and lean experience. Bachelors degree or higher.
