Job Description

Law firm (Plymouth Meeting PA) seeks Administrator. While experience in a law firm is not necessary, experience in a professional services environment is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership :
Collaborate with firm leadership to refine and execute the firm's strategic plan and operational objectives.
Operational Oversight :
Manage firm-wide operations, including finance, HR, IT, facilities, outside vendor management, and practice support.
Financial Management :
Partner with firm leadership and current Controller to monitor financial performance, improve profitability, establish and oversee key performance indicators and manage budgets/forecasting.
Talent & Culture :
Lead initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent while promoting a culture of accountability & collaboration.
Partner Support :
Provide operational insight to Partners to improve practice group performance and client management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or related field. Minimum 10+ years operational experience. Strong financial acumen, analytical thinking, and strategic planning skills. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities. Proven experience implementing technology and process improvements to drive efficiency and profitability.

$85,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
