We operate at the intersection of aerospace, regulated field operations, and climate infrastructure. Role Summary We are hiring a COO to own company-wide execution — translating technical development, flight operations, regulatory constraints, and commercial priorities into a scalable, repeatable operating system. Responsibilities Own all day-to-day operations across flight, engineering, regulatory, and commercial teams Build scalable operational systems for mission planning, deployment readiness, and field execution Manage cross-functional execution between engineering, meteorology, and government stakeholders Establish safety, compliance, and operational KPIs across all field programs Support fundraising and strategic partnerships through operational credibility and delivery performance Design the internal structure required to scale from pilot programs to multi-region operations Requirements 8-15+ years in operations leadership (aerospace, aviation, defense, climate tech, or regulated field ops) Experience scaling early-stage hardware or mission-critical operations Strong background in cross-functional execution in high-compliance environments Ability to operate in ambiguity and build systems from zero
