Controller - Lima Engine Plant

This Controller position is the lead interface with the plant operating committee to support them in defining the Strategy to deliver the volume and develop roadmaps to eliminate waste to drive profitability. We are looking for a dynamic personality that has strong business acumen, with the ability to relate and influence our operating partners. Candidates must excel in modeling changes that occur in the business to help make better decisions. Educating our operating partners on critical decision making so they can influence the performance of the plant real time. Having a continuous improvement mindset throughout the operation to drive cost saving opportunities and driving behaviors throughout the operations. Looking for a change agent that enjoys looking for ways to modernize the business and find best practices to implement into the plant that will improve both, the operations as well as the controllers' office. This role requires 5 days per week onsite at the Lima Engine Plant in Lima, OH.
