General Manager of North American Laboratories

Vytelle, LLC seeks a General Manager of North American Laboratories in Lenexa, KS to Plan, coordinate and direct business operations of North American IVF Lab Operations; Ensures high quality business activities within Vytelle laboratories with a focus on maximizing efficiency, service, and profitability; Ensures laboratory teams understand the organization's achievement are reflected in its operations and activities, including relationships and risk management; Maintain and improve mechanisms for embryo production, including surveying and measuring the laboratory operations, process, outcomes and disseminate feedback to the appropriate internal entities; Conduct performance and productivity evaluations that optimize progress and growth; Delegate authority and responsibility to team members with supervision, accountability, and review; Strategic planning for optimizing productivity to meet and exceed Vytelleís quarterly and yearly goals; Collaboratively improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing highly motivated work environment, and creating innovative approaches for team engagement; Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation planning; Oversee and manage operational costs; Team player in business function to assist Vytelle in increasing staff productivity, ensure sustainability and meet business objectives; Cross functional collaboration and communication with all business units to ensure operational excellence; Collaborate with human resources in recruiting, hiring, training, and evaluating employee's performance; Ensure all locations are compliant with established Heath & Safety protocols; Uphold standards of excellence and soaring quality; and Define and communicate metrics for operational success. Telecommuting permitted from anywhere in the US. Position requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science/Veterinary Science, and other closely related degrees, and 4 years of experience in the job offered or related occupations. Must have 4 years of experience in IVF and Reproductive Biology Expertise. Must have 3 years of experience in the following skills: Operational Leadership and Strategy; Financial Acumen; Data Management and Analysis; and People Management and Development.
