Position Summary We are seeking a Head of Delivery to own execution across our FlexRecruit business. This role is responsible for ensuring every open requisition moves efficiently through the pipeline, recruiters are performing at a high level, and all activity is accurately tracked in Ceipal ATS. This is a hands-on, execution-focused leadership role. You will manage recruiters, enforce workflow discipline, and drive performance metrics tied directly to revenue. This is not a strategy or support role. This is the operational backbone of delivery. Key Responsibilities Pipeline & Delivery Execution
  • Own all active requisitions across clients
  • Ensure consistent pipeline flow across submissions, interviews, and offers
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in real time Recruiter Management & Accountability
  • Manage day-to-day performance of recruiting team
  • Set and enforce weekly activity targets including submissions per recruiter, time-to-submit, and interview conversion rates
  • Coach underperformance and elevate top performers ATS Ownership & Workflow Enforcement
  • Enforce Ceipal ATS as the single source of truth
  • Ensure accurate candidate data entry, proper status updates, and scorecard completion
  • Maintain clean and reliable reporting dashboards Performance Reporting
  • Own leaderboard accuracy and weekly reporting
  • Track pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and recruiter productivity
  • Ensure leadership can rely on data without additional verification Process Optimization
  • Improve recruiting workflows and systems
  • Reduce friction in scheduling, submissions, and reporting
  • Partner on automation and tool optimization Client Delivery Health
  • Monitor SLA adherence across accounts
  • Identify delivery risks early and take corrective action
  • Ensure consistency in quality across all clients Success Metrics (KPIs)
  • Time to first submit under 48 hours
  • Submission to interview rate between 30 percent and 50 percent
  • Interview to offer rate between 20 percent and 30 percent
  • Recruiter activity tracked in ATS at 100 percent compliance
  • Scorecard completion at 95 percent or higher
  • Leaderboard and reporting accuracy at 100 percent
Qualifications Required:
  • 5 to 10+ years of experience in recruiting operations, agency, or RPO environments
  • Proven experience managing recruiters and driving performance
  • Strong ATS experience, Ceipal preferred
  • Data-driven and metrics-oriented
  • Ability to enforce accountability and performance standards What We're Looking For

Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$95,000 - $100,000 annually
Bonus:
Up to $30,000 based on performance
