We're Not Looking for a Motivational Speaker. We're Looking for a Production Operator. Avanti Way is building the future of real estate through technology, operational excellence, and agent empowerment. We are not a traditional brokerage. We are a vertically integrated ecosystem combining brokerage, mortgage, title, property management, and investment infrastructure under one technology-driven platform. Our agents have access to more tools, systems, support, and opportunities than most brokerages can offer. But tools alone do not create production. Execution does. That's why we are hiring a Head of Production — a high-accountability leader responsible for increasing agent productivity across the organization at every level:

  • Experienced agents needing leverage and optimization This role exists for one reason: Increase Production Across the Brokerage. Not through theory. Through systems, coaching, accountability, metrics, follow-through, and execution. What You'll Own You will architect and lead the production engine of the company. Your responsibility is to ensure agents are:
  • Following proven systems
  • Leveraging company technology
  • Using training effectively
  • Converting opportunities consistently
  • Increasing transactions and GCI
  • Staying accountable to measurable KPIs You will build the frameworks, cadence, reporting, and coaching infrastructure that turns agents into consistent producers.

  • Develop and execute scalable coaching systems for agents and teams
  • Create production plans tailored to different agent profiles and experience levels
  • Conduct weekly production reviews, accountability meetings, and pipeline evaluations
  • Help agents identify bottlenecks and correct behavioral gaps quickly
  • Build frameworks that increase listing inventory, buyer conversion, prospecting activity, and closed transactions Accountability Systems
  • Establish measurable KPIs across the organization
Monitor:
○ Calls ○ Appointments ○ Listings ○ Contracts ○ Closings ○ Lead conversion ○ CRM usage ○ Follow-up compliance ○ Training participation
  • Implement dashboards and scorecards
  • Drive a culture of execution and follow-through
  • Ensure agents are not just attending trainings — but applying them Training & Systems Adoption
  • Maximize utilization of: ○ CRM systems ○ AI tools ○ Automation systems ○ Marketing platforms ○ Sales processes ○ Internal support resources
  • Partner with leadership to improve onboarding and productivity ramps
  • Create implementation-based training instead of theory-heavy sessions
  • Ensure agents adopt systems that directly impact revenue generation Sales Meetings & Production Cadence
  • Lead high-impact sales meetings focused on execution and outcomes
  • Run pipeline reviews and performance breakdowns
  • Create production challenges, accountability structures, and growth initiatives
  • Maintain a consistent operational rhythm across agents and teams Collaboration With Leadership
  • Work directly with executive leadership to align production strategy with company growth goals
  • Identify trends, weaknesses, and opportunities across the sales force
  • Help shape recruiting narratives by demonstrating a true growth infrastructure for agents Who This Role Is For This is for someone who:
