Regional Director Strategic Leadership:
Proven ability to drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence across multiple venues.

What You Will Do in the Role Operational Leadership (20%): Provide strategic direction, communication, training, and empowerment to Venue Directors of Operations to ensure alignment with sales goals, service excellence, and brand standards. Talent Development (20%): Build and sustain a strong leadership pipeline through succession planning and development initiatives. Performance Management (15%): Establish goals, monitor progress, and conduct regular performance and development reviews. Cross-Functional Collaboration (15%): Partner with cross-functional teams to support enterprise initiatives and shared priorities. Venue Oversight & Hospitality Coaching (30%): Travel frequently to assigned venues to observe operations, provide in-person coaching, recognize strong performance, and ensure consistent hospitality delivery. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred) 3+ years of multi-unit, high-volume operational leadership across multiple states (required) 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in food & beverage operations (preferred) Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic action plans Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills Proven success leading leaders and driving accountability Sound like a fit?
