Next Play Nation Inc. (NPNI) is a growing independent sports and entertainment organization operating multiple sports properties, leagues, events, and media initiatives. NPNI oversees ventures including the Wichita Falls NetBurners professional basketball organization, national sports initiatives, live events, and future expansion properties. We are seeking a high-level operator and builder to serve as Vice President of Next Play Nation Inc., working directly alongside President & CEO to help manage and grow the organization. This is not a traditional corporate executive role. This is an opportunity to help build an emerging sports organization from the ground floor. The role is perfect for recent college graduates seeking executive experience in sports management. Position Overview The Vice President will assist in overseeing organization-wide operations across all NPNI properties and initiatives. This role will focus heavily on sponsorship development, organizational execution, staff management, strategic growth, and operational leadership.

Self-motivated Entrepreneurial Highly organized Comfortable in startup-style environments Passionate about sports business and organizational growth Key Responsibilities Assist in overseeing daily operations across NPNI properties Help manage staff, interns, and organizational initiatives Support sponsorship acquisition and partnership development Assist with event planning and operational execution Work directly with executive leadership on organizational growth strategies Help build systems, structure, and long-term operational stability Represent NPNI professionally with partners, sponsors, and stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Background in sports management, business, sales, operations, or leadership Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment Sponsorship sales or partnership experience preferred Experience leading teams or projects strongly preferred Passion for sports, entertainment, and startup culture Compensation Structure This position features a performance-based executive compensation structure including: $2,500 Year One Executive Stipend (Paid out during basketball season as most compensation is tied to our professional basketball team) 50% commission on sponsorships personally sourced and closed 5% net profit participation on qualifying NPNI properties actively overseen Eligibility for NetBurners season revenue bonuses Compensation is tied directly to organizational growth and performance.
